Each workout will take anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes. Now you don't have to miss your workout on those "busy" days when you're pressed for time.
Each of the 24 workouts inside the PDF uses the effective "Tabata" structure. Each exercise is performed for 20 seconds at maximum effort with 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds. Don't worry! You can go at YOUR pace.
